Novus Leisure, the privately-owned bar and club group recently acquired the Lewis & Clarke businesses as part of their purchase of the Balls Brothers brand. Based in the City of London and West End all of the bars specialise in wine & Champagne - Collaborator were called in to create new branding, menus and POS.
